SKYFALL = BATMAN (?)

Since I am in love with James Bond I enjoyed every second of the movie, however the more logical thinking viewers (like my husband) felt that watching James Bond's Skyfall was like watching a Batman movie. Gotham = England, under attack, the great defender: Batman = James Bond to the rescue... even though James Bond's forte is espionage we saw none of that... there was even an old mansion with an old Alfred looking guy... the villian Mr. Silver = the Joker going crazy and blowing up parts of the city/country at will... Mr.Silver's deformed face = to Joker's face problems. Sometimes the acting was similar too... over all we went to watch a James Bond and ended up watching a Batman with Danial Craig... very happy about all the action and everything but where was James Bond? and that Great secret organization turned out to be a single man on a super computer... really? a bit disappointing there... We had hoped for a proper organization's infliration by James Bond with some proper spying and destroying of an "organization" (not just a person) as we had been led to believe by the previous movies.

Anyway, all in all a good movie... I loved all the action and everything he did, how he held the gun etc... I did get a little emotional when MoneyPenny shot him, calling her names and "are you blind!" while everyone turned around to look at me like I was crazy... no people, not crazy just in love :D
